Account Executive

 

Description:

 

The Account Executive is the external facing point of contact for Kastle clients.  The Account Executive is responsible for providing thorough and professional services that consistently exceed the customers' expectations.  Specific job responsibilities include:  client contact, system design and troubleshooting, client interaction through routine on-site visits and calls, analysis of system functionality, evaluation of client needs and development of recommendations, coordination of system installations, presentation of client briefings, and the generation and interpretation of reports.  However, their responsibilities don’t end there, as they are the customer’s advocate within Kastle and are responsible for ensuring that all aspects of our service are completed.    

 

Responsibilities:

 

1.   Client Contact:

 

-      If applicable, may function as the coordinator for National Accounts (creating a virtual team).  Ensures timely responses to drive customer satisfaction, regardless of what Kastle department is involved. 

 

-      Develops and maintains an excellent rapport through constant face-to-face communication.

 

            Invites client to tour Kastle's facilities at regularly scheduled intervals.

 

            Contacts client via telephone and by visiting their offices on a regular basis.

 

            Solicits feedback regarding the operational effectiveness of services and the system.

 

2. System Design

 

        Initiates and conducts security system consultations as needed.

 

         Coordinates with the appropriate Kastle department to ensure that system installations are completed to the client’s satisfaction.

 

           Conducts instructional briefings and provides system documentation.

 

3. Troubleshooting

 

          Provides thorough assistance in response to client problems or questions.

 

        Communicates with in‑house personnel to resolve problems.

 

        Develops and implements permanent solutions.

 

        Recommends corrective actions.

 

        Provides a complete response to the client regarding problem resolution.

 

        Generates and analyzes security reports for the client.

 

 

 

4. Administrative

 

-          Completes and distributes weekly reports for both internal and external customers.

 

-          Maintains database that serves as the Customer Relationship Management tool. 

 

-          Handles special projects and duties as assigned.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

   

-          BA/BS Degree required.

 

-          Two to three years experience in a position focusing on building and maintaining productive client partnerships.

 

-          Excellent writing and verbal skills.

 

          Clear speaking voice and excellent telephone manner.

 

          Excellent organizational skills.

 

          Desire to provide excellent customer assistance and demonstrate initiative.

 

-          Ability to interface and communicate with clients and co‑workers in a clear and professional manner.

 

        -     Proficiency in Microsoft Office.  Good typing skills and capable of operating a standard computer terminal and keyboard.

 

           Available to work long hours as needed to complete required responsibilities.

 

-          Ability to work well under pressure.

    

           Neat, professional appearance.

 

           Must possess a valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and a car.  It will be an ongoing requirement of the position that a valid driver’s license be maintained, that their driving record satisfy Kastle standards (see handbook), and that required insurance, as determined by Kastle, be maintained at all times.

 

-          No history of criminal convictions.  Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and must be at least 18 years of age to apply. 

 

-          Must be a U.S. citizen.

 

-           Travel may be required.
