(Account Representative)

 

Description:

 

The Account Representative is Kastle's representative to the customer.  As such, the Account Representative is responsible for providing thorough and professional services that enable the system to meet the customers' expectations.  The Account Representative is also responsible for organizing, coordinating, and maintaining the internal activities of his or her team. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

1.   Customer Contact

 

          Developing and maintaining an excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication.

 

               Inviting clients to tour Kastle's facilities at regularly scheduled intervals.

 

               Answer incoming team calls.

 

      -        Reply to all incoming team emails.

 

               Soliciting feedback regarding the operational effectiveness of services and the system.

 

      -        Follow-up and respond to all customer issues and complaints, provide solutions.

 

 

2.   Troubleshooting

 

-          Providing thorough assistance in response to customer problems or questions.

 

           Coordinating in‑house personnel as necessary to resolve problems.

 

           Following up on Service work orders.

 

           Developing and implementing permanent solutions.

 

           Recommending corrective actions.

 

-          Providing a complete response to the customer regarding problem resolution.

 

-          Generating and analyzing security reports for the customer.

 

3. Administrative

 

 

           Maintaining an accurate customer database.

 

           Reviewing work orders for accuracy and proper completion.

 

           Identifying and processing billable work.

 

           Providing invoicing information to customers.

 

-          Providing departmental and team support.

 

-          Special projects and duties as assigned.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

·     Degree from a four-year college or university

·     Excellent writing and verbal skills.

·     Clear speaking voice and excellent telephone manner.

·          Excellent organizational skills

 

·          Desire to provide excellent customer assistance.

 

·          Desire and ability to work as a team player.

 

·     Ability to interface and communicate with customers and co‑workers in a clear and professional manner.

·     Ability to travel to client site via car, air, or rail (must have access to reliable vehicle and maintain proper levels of insurance coverage) up to 40% travel may be required

·     Required to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening

·     Required to maintain active status with Department Criminal Justice Services

·     Required to be a US citizen
